its campus in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Prof. Rajiv Prakash, Director, IIT Bhilai,
hoisted the national flag in the academic zone in the presence of members of the
campus community

On 2nd August 2026, as part of the Nasha
Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, our institution participated in an inspiring address led
by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi on eradicating drug abuse and
strengthening youth potential.

On 26th July, the CoSA Orientation was conducted for the newly admitted students
of IIT Bhilai. The session introduced freshers to the Council of Student Affairs
(CoSA), its various councils, clubs, and committees, while giving them an
overview of how student life and activities are organized on campus.

On the occasion of International Youth Day, we celebrated the spirit of youth
with an engaging movie screening session 🎬 followed by an inspiring NSS
introduction session 🤝.
